e-Granthalaya Support Policy

National Informatics Centre provides support to the e-Granthalaya users for installation, training and up-gradation through its various State Centres as well as Districts Centres. NIC has setup one State Centre in each State of India and one District Centre in each District of India. List of State Centres as well as District Centres along with other useful information can be viewed from our telephone directory. Besides, many of the existing users of e-Granthalaya are providing these kinds of supports to the users in their cities on volunteer basis. If any user or library / computer professional wants to provide the support on volunteer basis, they may send their willingness and contact details to the NIC Library at our email address: niclib@nic.in or rkmatoria@nic.in . However, NIC does not provide any kind of financial/non-financial help to such volunteers.
