e-Granthalaya Support Policy

National Informatics Centre provides support to the e-Granthalaya users for installation, training and up-gradation through its various State Centres as well as Districts Centres. NIC has setup one State Centre in each State of India and one District Centre in each District of India. Besides, many of the existing users of e-Granthalaya are providing supports to the users in their cities on volunteer basis. If any user or library / computer professional wish to provide the support on volunteer basis, they may send their willingness and contact details to rkmatoria[at]nic[dot]in . However, NIC does not provide any kind of financial/non-financial help to such volunteers.
